Piping Works
INCO offers an extensive range of
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), pipeline inspection services and asset integrity
management systems globally. Our clients know they can rely on us to
ensure the safety, efficiency, and integrity of their facilities with strict
adherence to international regulatory standards.
Piping Pre-Fabrication
Piping, in all sizes, types and materials,
is one of the most common commodities on any HVAC or MEP construction project
site.
Whenever possible, we fabricate pipe
assemblies in our facilities to:
- Minimize
field labor and work
- Increase
site productivity
- Increase
piping quality
- Shorten
construction schedules
- Improve
site safety
- Lower
project costs
Piping work often includes installing or
repairing pressure vessels such as boilers and heat exchangers.
While we use Building Information Modeling
and Virtual Design and Construction to improve project satisfaction, they are
invaluable tools for the pre-fabrication of piping. Our engineers and designers
develop optimized piping designs based on our pre-fabrication capabilities. The
digital technologies allow for very accurate design of pipe spools and
installation details.
NDT at Workshop
INCO offers an extensive range of
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), pipeline inspection services and asset integrity
management systems globally. Our clients know they can rely on us to
ensure the safety, efficiency, and integrity of their facilities with strict
adherence to international regulatory standards.
INCO provides service quality on the
principles and capabilities of the various test techniques. with qualified team
ready to give you instructions on how to implement specific test systems and
interpret test results.
PWHT
Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) is a controlled process in which a material that
has been welded is reheated to a temperature below its lower critical
transformation temperature, and then it is held at that temperature for a
specified amount of time.
Ferrit Test
Ferrite test is a fast, inexpensive, and
accurate way to measure delta ferrite content in austenitic and duplex
stainless steel. Ferrite testing can establish the ideal ferrite content
balance between ductility, toughness, corrosion resistance, and crack
prevention.
PMI
Positive Material Identification (PMI) is
a fast and non-destructive testing (NDT) method for verifying the chemical
composition of metals and alloys. PMI can be used to verify that supplied
materials conform to the proper standards and specifications.
ISO Spooling
INCO is also trusted ISO-Spools Tests for
piping are designed to isolate gauges and pressure switches from solids in
process flow by eliminating the clogging or fouling typically associated with
diaphragm seals.
Hydro Test in Workshop
With INCO you can test objects with a
hydraulic pressurization test system that is fully adaptable to your
requirements. INCO has a solid workshop design and offers the possibility to be
integrated in your production process, which makes that INCO can offer you a
reliable test function that streamlines your operation process.
The system can be as well manually
operated as automatically. For an automated pressure cycle performance, an
optional process controller with touch panel can be added. Due to its ergonomic
operating panel, with panel mounted features (e.g. a control bleed and gauges),
the INCO test systems contributes to a responsible working environment.
Sand Blasting and Painting Works in Workshop
Sandblasting is also known as bead
blasting and abrasive blasting, which is a generic term for the process of
smoothing, shaping, and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles
across that surface at high speeds. The effect is like that of using sandpaper
and provides a more even finish with no inconsistencies at corners or crannies.
Sandblasting is used for a variety of different tasks such as paint stripping,
brick cleaning, stone, cleaning, efflorescence removal, paint car removal and
many, bitumen removal, boat cleaning, smog cleaning / pollutions residues,
graffiti removal and many pore applications.
INCO painting labors are trained to
properly deal with any challenge that may come up. In addition, our
professional painting team is constantly inspecting their own work, we can
guarantee that you will have our team of painters will show up on time and
provide you with the quality you expect in a timeline that's unexpected.
Essentially, when you use a professional painting service, you're guaranteeing
a great paint job that won't require any touch ups on your part.
Piping Erection
Piping Erection refers to the laying
of the piping system and its related accessories to make it ready for fluid
transfer. Proper piping installation following codes and standards are key to
safety and good operation. It is the next step to piping fabrication where pipe
spools are made in the fabrication shop by cutting the pipes as per the
accurate lengths and requirements. These prefabricated pipe spools are taken
into the site or plant for assembly. This assembling of piping spools in the
site following isometric or piping general arrangement drawings are referred to
as piping erection. The piping coordinates are matched with the drawings while
piping installation.
